By accessing or using Haya Healing and Mental Health Services PLLC (“Haya Healing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Haya Healing provides mental health counseling and therapeutic services. All services are provided by licensed professionals in compliance with state and federal laws.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information regarding their mental health needs. Clients must also keep scheduled appointments and notify us in advance of any cancellations or rescheduling, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

4. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected will be treated confidentially, in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable state laws. For our complete privacy policy, please inquire directly with us.

5. Payment and Fees

Haya Healing accepts various forms of payment. Clients will be informed of fees before beginning services. Payment is required at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. Clients are also responsible for any missed appointment fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients must notify us at least 24 hours prior to an appointment if they are unable to attend. Cancellations made within this timeframe may incur a fee, which will be communicated to the client.

7. Limitations of Services

While Haya Healing aims to provide effective mental health services, no guarantees can be made regarding specific outcomes. Clients are encouraged to communicate openly with their therapist regarding their treatment.

8. Emergencies

Haya Healing does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.

9. Termination of Services

Haya Healing reserves the right to terminate services for any client who fails to abide by these Terms of Service, engages in disruptive behavior, or fails to participate in the treatment process.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

Haya Healing reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Haya Healing operates.
